Promotion-Specific Terms

• Promotional codes are single-use unless otherwise indicated and may not be reused after redemption.
• Promotional codes may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or exchanged for value.
• Promotional codes may be subject to minimum purchase requirements, product exclusions, expiration dates, or other restrictions as specified in the applicable offer.
• Lost, stolen, deleted, or expired promotional codes will not be replaced or reissued, except as required by applicable law or where the loss, deletion, expiration, or failure to receive the code resulted from Wildcat Marketing’s error.
• Wildcat Marketing reserves the right to void any promotional code that was obtained through unauthorized channels or in violation of these terms.

• Gift cards are issued by third-party merchants and are subject to the issuing merchant’s terms and conditions, which may be changed by the merchant without notice to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• Wildcat Marketing is not responsible for merchant restrictions, redemption limitations, changes to a merchant’s policies, merchant insolvency, or a merchant’s failure to honor a gift card.
• Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except as required by applicable law. Unredeemed gift card balances may be subject to applicable unclaimed property laws.
• Risk of loss for, and title to, gift cards pass to the customer upon delivery of the gift card code or physical card.
• Wildcat Marketing makes no representations or warranties regarding the availability, quality, or merchantability of any gift card or the goods or services for which it may be redeemed.

For promotions involving recurring monthly rewards, gift cards, or promotional codes, customers acknowledge and agree that:

• Customers must redeem their initial access code within the redemption period specified in the offer. Except as required by applicable law, failure to redeem within this period will result in forfeiture of the offer.
• Except as required by applicable law, monthly rewards expire if not used within the designated redemption window for that month.
• Except as required by applicable law, unused monthly benefits are forfeited and will not roll over unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Wildcat Marketing may modify, suspend, or discontinue reward delivery methods, participating merchants, or reward values on a prospective basis where necessary to fulfill the promotion, address merchant availability, comply with applicable law, or address business or operational requirements. Wildcat Marketing will provide reasonable notice of material changes where practicable unless immediate action is required.
• Participation in a subscription or recurring promotion does not create an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between the customer and Wildcat Marketing.

Certain promotions may be fulfilled by third-party merchants or brands. Wildcat Marketing does not control and is not responsible for third-party products, services, or fulfillment. Additional merchant-specific restrictions may apply, including:

• Product exclusions
• Geographic limitations
• Availability and timing restrictions
• Purchase minimums
• Category restrictions
• Shipping limitations
• Promotional stacking restrictions

Customers are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with all applicable merchant terms before redeeming an offer.

Wildcat Marketing reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or revoke any promotion, account, or promotional benefit, without prior notice or liability, if fraud, abuse, unauthorized distribution, manipulation, or violation of these terms or any applicable terms is suspected in Wildcat Marketing’s sole discretion.

Any attempted circumvention of redemption limits, automated or bulk redemption activity, or other misuse may result in immediate forfeiture of all promotional benefits and disqualification from future promotions. Wildcat Marketing may cooperate with law enforcement authorities in the investigation and prosecution of suspected fraudulent or illegal activity.

Except as expressly required by applicable law, promotional codes, rewards, offers, and promotional benefits:

• Have no cash value
• Are not redeemable for cash
• Are not refundable
• May not be exchanged for alternative products, services, or consideration

To the extent any jurisdiction requires a cash value, customers may contact Wildcat Marketing at support@wildcatmarketing.com for redemption instructions.

The following additional terms apply to the Domino's eCard subscription offer (“Domino's Subscription”) sold through this Site.

• The Domino's Subscription is a one-time upfront purchase. You are charged in full at the time of purchase for the entire subscription term selected (3, 6, or 12 months). No recurring charges will be made without your express authorization.
• Upon purchase confirmation, one (1) $25 Domino's eCard will be delivered to your email address immediately. One additional $25 Domino's eCard will be delivered to your email address on or around the same day of each subsequent month for the remaining months of your subscription term.
• Each eCard is valid for use at participating Domino's locations. eCards are subject to Domino's own terms and conditions, including any minimum order requirements, geographic restrictions, or product exclusions. Wildcat Marketing is not responsible for Domino's Pizza, Inc.'s policies, promotional stacking rules, or changes to its eCard program.
• All sales are final. Domino's eCard subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
• Unused eCards that are not redeemed within 12 months of delivery may expire in accordance with Domino's eCard terms and applicable law. Wildcat Marketing does not guarantee replacement of expired, unused, deleted, or lost eCards.
• If Domino's discontinues or materially restricts its eCard program during your subscription term, Wildcat Marketing will make commercially reasonable efforts to substitute a comparable promotional benefit of equal or greater stated value, or will provide a pro-rata refund for any undelivered months at its sole discretion.
• eCards are delivered electronically to the email address provided at purchase. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address. Wildcat Marketing is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses, spam filters, or other factors outside its control.

These Promotion-Specific Terms may be updated or modified from time to time. Changes will apply only prospectively after the effective date of the revised terms and will not affect promotional benefits already earned or redemptions already completed, except as required by applicable law or to address fraud, abuse, Wildcat Marketing error, or merchant action outside Wildcat Marketing’s control. Wildcat Marketing will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes where required by applicable law or where practicable. Continued participation in a promotion after the effective date of the revised terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
